William Charles Carter was born in Auburn, NY, 21st March, 1899. The first child of Walter J. Carter and Margaret Anna Sandham. [1]

William C. Carter passed away after a short illness, 17th November, 1964. Rev. Edward R. McCracken rector of St. Pauls, Church Aurora, officiated his funeral services. Burial in Fort Hill Cemetery, Auburn NY.
