Carter-25225 and Carter-11300 appear to represent the same person because: Hi. Williamson l. Carter is my 5th great grand father and may bolton cater as I have her is my 5th great grandmother. Carter-16413 and Carter-11300 appear to represent the same person because: Obvious same. Different birth dates. He was born colonial.
