Biography

Samuel was born in 1760. Samuel Carter ... He passed away in 1813. He and his wife (Sarah Newcomb Carter) died of "Epidemic Fever" and were buried the same day.

There is some evidence that a child (Samuel?) was Born Dec. 24, 1782, but the record does not appear.
