Cynthia Carter, the daughter of Frank Carter and Malinda Stanfill was born 06/25/1901 in Whitley County, Kentucky. About 1921, Cynthia married Everett Charles Centers (born 10/27/1899 in Whitley County, Kentucky). Cynthia and Everett had 5 children: James L Centers (1922-1995), Thelma L Centers (1924-2005), Mildred Centers (1926-_), Lester Clifton Centers (1928-2004) and Arliss Clayton Centers (1930-2003). Everett Centers died in 1937. Cynthia later remarried a Mr Brandes. Cynthia Carter Centers Brandes died on May 23, 1991 in Putnam, Ohio.
