KENNETH F. CARTER, 75, of Houston, died Tuesday, December 7, 1982. Retired Accountant for Humble Oil Corp. in 1966. Member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church. Survivors: Wife, Mrs. Viola May Carter, of Houston; daughters, Mrs. Frances Al­pha Adams of Dallardsville, Texas, and Mrs. Mary Mar­guerite Babbit of Marietta, Georgia; sister, Mrs. Vallie Calvit of Houston; brother, Harlie T. Carter of La Grange; 14 grandchildren; and one great-granddaugh­ter. Funeral services 10:00 a.m. Thursday at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 3816 Bel­laire Blvd., with Rev. Charles Floyd and Rev. Richard Johnson officiating. Graveside service 1:00 p.m. in the Oak Knoll Cemetery in Bellville, Texas. Family suggest memorials be made to the Parkinson Foundation of Harris County.
