Clara was born in 1874. She is the daughter of William Carter and Matilda Read.

Clara was born August 6, 1874^[1]. She was 29 years of age when she married Edgar Ebenezer Biglow in 1903^[2]

According to her marriage certificate^[2], and her death certificate^[1], she was the daughter of William Christopher Carter and Athlinda Reid

Its possible that Edward Carter and Martha Holmes had a daughter named Clara, but she didn't marry Edgar Biglow in 1903.

Clara died on September 18, 1959^[1]
