Biography

Florence was born in 1904, daughter of Carl C. Carter and Dolly Norton. She was married to Melvin Switzer from 1925-1934. In 1936, she married Howard McDowell, who died in 1948. She married Wayne Yager in 1950. She passed away in 1995.
