Jonathan Plato Carter was born about 17 Sep 1783 in Bac No. Plantation #4, Rockingham, New Hampshire.

Jonathan married Unis Flanders (1786 - 1856) on 29 Apr 1802 [1]in Pembroke, Merrimack, New Hampshire. Their children were:

  1. Hiram Carter (1814 - 1894)
  2. Eunice (Carter) Welch (1820 - 1901).

Jonathan died on 29 May 1877[2][3] aged 93.
