Thomas Carter was the son of Margaret Richards' first marriage to Thomas Carter, married 7 Dec 1795, Ruan Minor, Cornwall.

Thomas was born in 1796.[1]
He was the son of Thomas Carter and Margaret Richards. He married Jenifer Ellis in 1919. [2] Their children, excepting Rosetta are listed in the following:
