Ann was born about 1842 in Draycott, Somerset, England (see notes). She married Thomas Inch, nearly 25 years her senior, in Wells, Somerset, England in 1867.[1]
In 1871, Ann and Thomas lived in St Paul, Gloucestershire. Thomas was a painter. Thomas' daughter Fanny (1852-) was living with them, and their daughter Ada Inch (1868-), as well as two apprentices and general servant.[2][3][4]

Research Notes
The transcription of the 1871 census has Ann's birth place as Draycott, Derbyshire. The image shows that Draycott was written in the hand of the enumerator but 'Derby' was added later in a different hand. There is a Draycott in Somerset, near to Cheddar, more likely that it is where Ann was born, as they married in nearby Wells. Humphrey-6461 21:05, 12 January 2023 (UTC)
I cannot find Ann in a census before she married on FreeCen, FamilySearch or RindMyPast Humphrey-6461 09:38, 31 March 2024 (UTC)
It seems likely that Ann died before 1881. Thomas died in 1871. In 1881, daughter Ada was living in Horfield, Gloucestershire with a 74 year old Eliza Brookman widow and her two adult daughters. Ada was recorded as adopted.[5] I cannot find a death record for Ann between 1871 and 1881 on FreeBMD Humphrey-6461 09:38, 31 March 2024 (UTC)
