Biography

Jessie was the daughter of Russell A Carter and Mary Helen Jones. She married Charles Albert Babcock. ^[1] Their children were:

1. Samuel Neil Babcock 1888– 1963

2. Walter Russell Babcock 1900–1960

Charles and Jessie raised their family in Dayton, Cattaraugus, New York.^[2] Jessie died in 1921.^[3]
