Biography
Walter's birth was registered in the Oct-Nov-Dec quarter of 1863 in the Holbeach district.[1] He was the son of William Manning Carter and Sarah Ann (Seymour) Carter.[2]
Walter (age 70) died on 20 July 1934 and was buried on 22 July 1934 in Washington, United States.[3]
