Elizabeth was born in London. She next appears in Budock, Cornwall where she marries William Rashleigh. She moves to Kenwyn, a parish outside and northwest of Truro, Cornwall sometime before 1841. She lives there for the rest of his life, having 8 children. In Kenwyn she lived in Fairmantle Street, apart form a brief period in 1861 where she lived more centrally in Truro in King Street. She moved back to Kenwyn by 1871. She died in 1873 aged 62.
