Richard Cartwright was born in Hackney, Middlesex, England.
Richard was born in 1873 in Hackney, Middlesex, England.[1] He was the son of Richard Cartwright and Margaret Fair.
The 1881 England and Wales Census shows Richard living with his parents and four sisters in Kingsland Road, Hackney, Middlesex, England.[2] He was seven years old.
The 1891 England and Wales Census shows Richard living with his parents and sister Alice in North Street, Brighton, Sussex, England.[3] He was 17 years old.
Richard's father Richard passed away in early 1898 in Brighton. He was 61 years old.
In 1898 Richard married Ada Emily Baker in Brighton, Sussex, England.[4]
The 1901 England and Wales Census shows the couple living in North Street, Brighton, Sussex, England.[5] Richard was 27 years old and was working as a Photographer.
Richard's wife Ada passed away in 1906 in Steyning, Sussex, England. She was 31 years old.
In 1909 Richard married his second wife Frances Ellen Brazier in Brighton, Sussex, England.[6]
The 1911 England and Wales Census shows the couple and two children living in Brighton, Sussex, England.[7] Richard was 37 years old and was working as a Photographer.
Richard's mother Margaret passed away in 1929 in Brighton, Sussex, England. She was 91 years old.
Richard passed away in 1953 in Brighton, Sussex, England.[8] He was 79 years old.
