Biography
She passed away about 1640.
Research Notes
Bethia Cartright, of unknown origins, arrived in 1639 in New England, and resided at Salem.[1]
Bethiah Cartwright of Salem wrote her will on May 2, 1640, and it was proved on June 30 that year. In it she named only one relative, her sister Elizabeth Capon of Walderswick, Suffolk, England. Bethiah Cartwright left bequests to Mary Norton and Margaret Jackson (thought by some genealogists to have been sisters), as well as to the latter's husband and son, both named John Jackson... Further research in English records might indicate whether Elizabeth Capon, Mary Norton, Margaret Jackson, and Bethiah Cartwright were all sisters and all shared the maiden name of Machias, as Clarence Almon Torrey and other genealogists have suggested. This hypothesis has never been conclusively proved or disproved.
and the footnote
See Clarence Almon Torrey, New England Marriages Prior to 1700 ... listings for John Jackson, p.413, and George Norton, p. 540, where the author refers to Margaret Jackson, Mary Norton, and Bethia Cartwright as Machias sisters. Many contemporary scholars refute these relationships. For example, see "John Jackson" in Robert Charles Anderson, The Great Migration: Immigrants to New England 1634–1635, vol. 4 (Boston: NEGHS, 2005), 23–5.

There is an entry in the 'Topographical Dictionary of 2885 English Emigrants to New England; 1620-1650' pg. 163 for a Cartwright, Bethia of Walberswick, Suffolk to Salem, Mass. unfortunately, it does not give the exact year or ship name. There is a column for "various reference" and 'Pope' is listed for her.

I saved a copy of both images, if anyone feels they should be uploaded to Bethia's profile, I'll be more than happy to do so.
