Biography
Private Asa Case served with Hooker's Regiment, Connecticut Militia during the American Revolution.

Asa Case was born on 9 Dec 1758 in Simsbury, Hartford County, Connecticut Colony, British Colonial America. He is the son of Hosea Case and Mary Case. [1][2]
Asa was a soldier of the American Revolution.[3] He served in Captain Zacheus Case's company, Colonel Noadiah Hooker's Regiment of Connecticut Militia.[4]
On 28 Jan 1781, he married Lois Dill, daughter of Solomon Dill. Together they had the following children:[1]

- Asa, b. 1 Dec 1786, m. Hepzibah Buel

Lois passed away in 1812, and Asa married a second time to Thede Case, widow of Benajah Humphrey and daughter of Captain Zaccheus and Abigail (Barber) Case.[1]
Asa Case passed away on 26 Feb 1837 and was buried in Dyer Cemetery, Canton, Hartford County, Connecticut.[5][6]
