Lettie was born in December 1813 in North Carolina. She is the daughter of William Cashion and Nancy Taylor.
In 1850, following the death of her father, Lettie is living in Lincoln County, Tennessee in the household of her brother, Joseph Cashion. Also in the household are other siblings and Lettie's son, Archibald Cashion, age 12.[1]
Lettie married Simon A Pierce as second wife on 25 February 1851 in Lincoln County, Tennessee.[2] They had no known children. Neither Simon nor Lettie have been located in records after their marriage.
