I have started surname project, please join me!
Daniel Cason is a voluntary group administrator for the "Rabago" surname project on Family Tree DNA. He received his B.A. from National University in 2013, with a Major in Sociology and a Minor in History. Having a passion for research, he began his genealogical exploration simply enough. By building a basic family tree for himself, and then for his neighbors, he got the feel for how the process was supposed to unfold. Next up came the endeavor to couple these "traditional" methods with genetic genealogy. At this point, Mr. Cason found the International Society of Genetic Genealogy to be priceless. Countless hours were spent reading through their articles and delving into great works like, Genetic Genealogy: The Basics and Beyond, by Emily Aulicino. What originally began guilelessly, developed into a love for collaborating and assisting fellow hobbyists on a journey to grasp at antiquity, as well as to discover where their forefathers fit into all of it. He is continuing to improve and researching new methods in aiding others to do the same. Daniel resides in San Diego with his wife Jo and three-year-old son. He can be contacted via email at email@example.com.
Have you taken a DNA test for genealogy? If so, login to add it. If not, see our friends at Ancestry DNA.
