C. Henry Smith writing in "The Mennonite Immigration to Pennsylvania" indicates that William Penn stayed with Heinrich Kassel living at that time in Kreisheim, and invited him to move to Pennsylvania together with his two brother, Johannas and Arnold. Heinrich's brothers came first in the ship Jeffries on March 20, 1686, but problems delayed Heinrich until around 1706-8. Heinrich settled in Germantown, PA. He was a Mennonite minister and got very involved in building the first Mennonite Church in Germantown, PA. Heinrich had a son also named Heinrich (Henry) born probably in 1708. Heinrich left Germantown and moved to Chester Co., PA where he died in 1726. Henry moved to Frederick Co., MD where he settled living until 1756 when he died. His son Martin born 1752 moved to Kentucky, had a son Henry, who left KY and traveled to Morgan County, IL, arriving there in 1830, and living until 1880.
