Herbert A. Caster was born about 1877 in Union County, Illinois. He was the son of Alfred Caster and Sarah Meisenheimer.
Herbert passed away on the 7th of January 1901. He is buried in Saint Johns Cemetery in Dongola, Union County, Illinois. [1]
