Biography

Rhoda was born about 1804 in Davidson County, Tennessee. She is the daughter of Benjamin Castleman and Amelia Milly. Her exact death date is unknown, but she probably died in Davidson County, Tennessee before 1850. She is included on the 1840 census with husband Nathaniel Bond and her youngest child, Nancy Ellen (Bond) Gilliam, was born in April 1845. She has not been located on the 1850 census.

Rhoda married Nathaniel Bond on 8 April 1823 in Davidson County, Tennessee.^[1]
