7th Battalion Canadian Railway Troops, Canadian Expeditionary Force

The 7th Battalion Canadian Railway Troops was originally organized in December 1916 as the 257th Battalion under the command of Lieutenant-Colonel Lawrence T. Martin and it was re-designated on March 8, 1917. It arrived in France 28 March 1917, later demobilized at Ottawa and disbanded November 1920.
