Anglican refers to the Church of England and member churches of the Anglican Communion globally. More detail is found at Wikipedia. This category reflects historical events. All religious occupations in England prior to the 1534 Act of Supremacy and in Scotland prior to the 1560 Act were Catholic and should be categorized as such.

Member churches of the Anglican Communion group their dioceses into ecclesiastical provinces for administrative purposes. The bishop of one of dioceses is usually given oversight over the other bishops of the province and known as a metropolitan bishop. They are usually given the title of Archbishop. See Wikipedia: Anglican ministry. Archbishops are usually categorized according to the specific archbishopic they held in a particular member church of the communion.
