The Canadian Armed Forces (French: les Forces armées canadiennes) are the unified armed forces of Canada, consisting of the Royal Canadian Navy, the Canadian Army, and the Royal Canadian Air Force. The Commander-in-Chief is the reigning Canadian monarch, currently Queen Elizabeth II, represented by the Governor General of Canada, currently David Lloyd Johnston.
