Fajardo (Spanish pronunciation: [faˈxaɾðo]) is a small city and municipality in Puerto Rico located in the east region of the island, bordering the Atlantic Ocean, north of Ceiba and east of Luquillo. Fajardo is located at 18° 19′ 33″ N, 65° 39′ 9″ W.

The Roman Catholic cathedral of St. James the Apostle is one of two cathedrals in the diocese of Fajardo-Humacao. The cathedral is at 12-20 Calle Garrido Morales in Fajardo. The town was founded about 1772. Parish contact info:
