One of five ships carrying French refugees to Virginia 1700-1701, the Mary and Ann with Capt. George Haves took 13 weeks crossing the Atlantic. It arrived at Hampton, Virginia on 23 July 1700 with 118 men, 59 wives and girls and 38 children.
