Intended for profiles for which it's clear it's most likely a profile of a person with Dutch heritage, or someone who stayed in the Netherlands at some point in their life. It should be used only for profiles that still need a Birth/Baptism record (LNAB/Parents) or any other source that either proves or disproves their existence.
