This subcategory is for Oestings who were born outside the United States but emigrated to the USA sometime during their lifetimes. The purpose of this subcategory is to group Oesting families by locations and possibly trace the Oesting immigrants to their original locations, probably in Prussia or Hanover although this is still uncertain.
