Spring Lake is a Town in Manchester Township, Cumberland County, NC. The town borders Pope Air Force Base to the West, Fort Bragg to the South, and Anderson Creek Township of Harnnett County to the North. Prior to 1923, the community was called "Clayton Cut" or sometimes "Prince's Siding."
