Ukraine, Україна, transliterated: Ukrayina: a country in Eastern Europe. In the north, Ukraine borders with Belarus, Poland and Slovakia, on the southwest with Hungary, Romania and Moldova. Ukraine is divided into 24 provinces, two municipalities, and territorial autonomy - the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
