This category contains profiles of war widows.

Description: Created to recognise those whose lives, arguably, have been turned upside-down the most by war. As if the life of a 'service spouse' is not tough enough, war widows now face grieving from loss of their loved one so far away, loss of social status, rejection by friends, financial hardships, added responsibilities of raising children, perceived uncaring government bureaucracy owned by the government which sent their husbands to war.
