Biography

Myrtle was born in 1884. She was the daughter of William Cavanah and Laura Chadwick.

She was married to James Paul Pleasant Jackson 1881–1961. They lived on a farm that he owned in Chariton County, Missouri. JP estimated the value of the home (not the entire farm) as $3,200. The equivalent in today’s dollars is $60,800. [1]And they had a son named James Paul Jackson Jr born in 1918 and his sister Mildred was born in 1912.
