Isabella (Havelock) Cave (1801-1826), daughter of General William Havelock, on 25 July 1821 in East Budleigh's Anglican parish church, Devon. [2][3][4] Isabella died in Florence, Italy of typhus on 15 November 1826. [5]
Marie Singrist (1811-) on 18 June 1842 in St James Church, Piccadilly, Westminster, London. [6][7] Marie died 14 June 1864 at 9 Cavendish Crescent, Bath. [8]

Life Story
John studied at Lincoln College, University of Oxford 1815-1817 but did not graduate. [11]
With his two brothers, in 1845 he was a provisional committee member for the Bristol and English channels Connection Railway. From Stolford, in Bridgewater Bay to Bridport and Lyme Regis. It was reported in a range of provincial newspapers:
The Rev. Oliver Cave, Clifton, Bristol, a member of the Chard Canal Committee John Moore Cave, esq. William Cave, esq., Kenbury, Gloucestershire, member of the Bridgewater and Taunton Canal and Chard Canal Committees.[12][13]
In 1851, he is living at 2 Rockstone Place, Southampton with wife Maria (born in Switzerland) and two daughters, Zoe and Ida. [14]
In 1861, he is living at 9 Cavendish Crescent, Bath with his wife and 5 children and 6 'live in' servants. He is described as a landed proprietor. [15]
Death
John passed away on 19 January 1868 at Weston-super-Mare and he is buried in Locksbrook Cemetery, Lower Weston, Somerset, England. [16][17]
