George was born in 1861. He was the son of George Cayley and Catherine Worsley. In 1898 he was High Sheriff of Denbighshire.[1] He had homes at llanerch, Denbighshire, Wales and Brompton by Sawdon, Yorkshire, England. He passed away in London in 1917.[2] He was buried at All Saints, Brompton by Sawdon, Yorkshire, England.[3]
