Charles Drake Cazier was born on 21 Jan 1837 in Brownsboro, Oldham, Kentucky, United States, son of William Cazier (1794 - 1872) and Pleasant (Drake) Cazier (1796 - 1846).

In the 1910 census Charles (age 73) was listed as the widowed head of household in Afton, Uinta, Wyoming, United States.[2]
Charles Drake died on 12 May 1915 in Afton, Lincoln, Wyoming aged 78.
