Thomas Cecil was a member of the aristocracy in British Isles.

Biography

Thomas was the second surviving son of Brownlow, 8th Earl of Exeter. He was MP for Rutland from 1761 to 1768. There is no record of him having spoken or voted in Parliament, and he may never have taken his seat. He did not stand again in 1768.[1]
