Find A Grave: Memorial #85988508; parents are not Nelson and Molly (as I had though from Gene Baker's records), but there is a CLARK connection! William Newton Certain's mother is sister of Eliza Clark Snell. His parents are Matilda C. Clark and John Bates Certain.
