Biography

Mário Cesariny de Vasconcelos was born on the 9th of August 1923 in Lisbon, Portugal. He was the youngest child of Viriato de Vasconcelos and María de las Mercedes Cesariny. He was a noted artist and author, and was known for his surrealist poetry. Mário's career spanned fifty years.
