Creed Chadwell is a retired farmer and law enforcement office. He served for sixteen. years in the elected office of Sheriff of Lee County, Virginia. He was followed by his nephew Robert Veston (RV) Chadwell. Creed retired from law enforcement in 1978 and a couple of years later he had a stroke and was left paralyzed and is barely hanging on to life.
