Samuel was born March 1, 1727 or 1728 to Edmund Chadwick and Mary Kimball Chadwick in Bradford, Essex, Massachusetts. [1]
He married Mary Kimball on June 1, 1756 in Bradford.[2]
Samuel died on February 6, 1803.[3]
The Bradford records show a Samuel Chadwack was born on March 1, 1726/7 to Edmund and Mary and there is also another listing for Samuel Chadwack born March 1, 1727/8. It is possible that the first Samuel died as an infant and that the name was reused, but it is unlikely that the two would have been born exactly a year apart. It seems more likely that this was a mistake in the records. Chadwick-1021 17:26, 29 January 2016 (EST)
Samuel's mother and Samuel's wife have the same name, but different biographies. Wikitree shows no relationship at this time, but more work is needed. Chadwick-1021 17:44, 29 January 2016 (EST)
