In the 1900 census the couple is given a son, Lewis F. Chadwick born in May 1883, but Isabella would have been 53 when he was born. Isabella's daughter Sarah Ida Field(s) married Lucius Norwood and had a son, Lewis F. Norwood born in May 1883. There are no other records for Lewis F Chadwick. Since Sarah Ida (Fields) Norwood Marr died in 1888 and Lewis's father a few years earlier, it is reasonable to assume that Lewis was raised by his grandmother and step-grandfather and the census in error.
