Biography

Caroline W. Chadwick was born on 02 January 1847 in Sandwich, Barnstable County, Massachusetts, the daughter of Joshua T. and Elizabeth H. (Fish) Chadwick.[1] She died in infancy on 17 September 1848 and was buried in the Forestdale Cemetery in Sandwich.[2][3]
