• You can find recommended profile formats and tips on writing biographies in Styles and Standards.

• To describe an event, an heirloom or a location, you can use a Free Space Profile.

• Sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. See our process for resolving these situations.

Don't forget to Head over to the G2G forum. and take a minute to introduce yourself in the Tree House or ask a question in any of the other categories. There's also a brickwall tag in the G2G forum: for that "special" ancestor who is eluding you.

I am Christina Hurley however Hurley is not a biological name for anyone in my family. We have adoptions, left on the doorstep and Smith situations in our family. My mother, grandson and I have done our dna through Ancestry and my grandson has been transfered to FTDNA. We are all processed through Gedmatch. Hopefully one day my grandson will know his ancestors from every age.
