Biography
Cecil was born in 1904. He was the son of Horace Chamberlain and Maria Harris.
He passed away on February 29, 1936 in Ottawa. He was killed in a work place accident when he was struck by a piece of rock from a rock blast. His skull was fractured and he passed away from a cerebral hemorrhage.
