Sarah was born about 1856. She was the daughter of Thomas Champion and Matilda Gooda.
She was baptised on 23 March 1856 in the Wesleyan-Methodist circuit, Durban, Natal, by Reverend Calvert Spensley.[1]
Her father died in 1860.
She passed away in 1944 at the age of 88, unmarried. Cause of death: Hyperpiesis with Senile Myocarditis[2]
