Biography
Thomas Chandler (or Candler) of Thomastown, Kilkenny, Ireland, was born c. 1730 (estimate) He was (according to Father John Francis Shearman) a relative of Archdeacon Thomas Candler of Callan.[1]
His daughter, Mary Chandler, married George Shearman of Kilkenny, a grocer and wine merchant, descended from Thomas Shearman of Burnchurch.[1]
