Highly unlikely that Abigail was born in Enfield. Her father is said to have removed there in 1723. The earliest Chandler (Chanler) birth in Enfield found is Hannah, daughter of Henry, Jr. in 1724. (Hist. of Enfield, Vol. II, p. 1606)

She is, possibly, this child, born in Andover: '_____, ch. [torn] and Lydia, Dec. 25, 1704.' (Vit. Recs. of Andover, Vol. II, p. 102)

Chander-1 and Chandler-1573 appear to represent the same person because: Clear Duplicate. The spelling was "Chandler", as seen in sources such as: The history of Enfield, Connecticut / Compiled from all the public records of the town known to exist, covering from the beginning to 1850 ... with the graveyard inscriptions and those Hartford, Northampton and Sjpringfield records which refer to the people of Enfield. Ed. and pub. by Francis Olcott Allen (Pages 1756 and 1769). Also see: NEHGR 38:48 "Longmeadow Families".
