Keturah was a daughter of Benjamin Chandler and Elizabeth (Buck) Chandler.[1] Keturah was baptized on 20 May 1683.[2]
Nathaniel Samson and Keturah Chandler were married on 19 January 1703 in Duxbury, Province of Massachusetts Bay.

Her husband Nathaniel Samson died between May 15, 1749 and November 6, 1750 [will and probate].[5]
His will was dated 15 May 1749 and proved on 6 November 1749 in Plymouth. He mentions his wife Keturah, and his children, Anna Samson, Robert Samson ("eldest son surviving"), Nathaniel Samson. Abner Samson, Fear Simmons, and Keturah Cullifer. [6]
