Asaph was born on 18 Jul 1774 in Cornwall, Litchfield, Connecticut. He is the son of Benjamin Chandler and Elizabeth Jeffrey.[1] He died on 30 Oct 1818 in Evansville, Vanderburgh, Indiana.[1]
