George Chapman was born in June 1825 in Lawrence County, Kentucky[1][2], and he was the son of John Chapman and Sarah Ward. He married Perlina E. Kazee on March 7, 1860 in Lawrence County, Kentucky[3].
He died sometime after the 1900 and before the 1910 censuses.
